We had our countertops installed this past July 30, 2012.  We wanted to thank you both and everyone at Topline Countertops for the excellent work you did from helping us with the material selection, to templating, coordinating the installation, and finally, the installation.  We really appreciate how easy you made this entire process.   The countertops were very nicely fabricated with almost invisible seams and we appreciated Jerry’s help and expertise with the details.  We want to thank Jerry and the other installer (sorry, we didn’t get his name!) for the excellent work they did with the installation which had to be done in less than ideal circumstances as we had lost power.   They obviously know their craft and did an excellent job.   We will gladly use your services in the future and recommend Topline Countertops to others.  Needless to say, we’re very happy with our new countertops and very appreciative of your services.

Dear Brucie,

Just wanted to let you know how delighted we are with your work on our kitchen counter top. We couldn’t be more pleased. Your workshop staff did a great job laying out the work and the installation crew (John and J.T.) were professionals in every sense of the word.

You deserve a lot of the credit by suggesting which surfaces, colors, and textures went best with our cabinets and floors. You made our decisions a lot easier. We also appreciated your suggestions about customizing the installation: bump-outs, height of the backsplash, noticing the molding to accommodate over hangs, style and type of sink. We did not get that personal attention when we sought competitive offers. We’ll be back when we start remodeling the bathrooms.
